L - Leadership Mentality

The first core value is Leadership. We believe in developing Leadership Mentality who possess the courage, humility, resourcefulness, and compassion to tackle challenges and support their fellow team members. In order to do that is by providing the necessary tools and resources, including ongoing training and development programs, mentorship opportunities, and constructive feedback. So every employee is encouraged to take initiative and provide guidance, direction, and unwavering support to their colleagues, helping them grow professionally and personally.

I - Integrity

The second core value is Integrity. We hold honesty and moral principles in high regard and expect our Troopers to embody these qualities in their words and actions, including doing good deeds even when no one is looking. Through Integrity, we can foster a culture of trust and respect. Therefore, we continuously evaluate and improve our processes to ensure that our commitment to Integrity remains strong and relevant. We believe that by upholding ethical values in our work, we can cultivate strong, creative, and trustworthy individuals at ISMAYA.

F - Fostering Teamwork

We as a company recognize that collaboration is essential in achieving shared goals and creating a culture of unity and camaraderie. We encourage our Troopers to always work together, share their knowledge and skills, and support each other in achieving success.

The fourth core value of ISMAYA Group is Excellence, which requires a growth mindset, resilience, and a commitment to continuous self-improvement in order to excel in all aspects of our business. To support this value, we provide our Troopers with endless opportunities for learning and development, enabling them to reach their full potential and deliver exceptional performance.

At ISMAYA Group, we believe that an engaging workplace is crucial for our Troopers well-being and job satisfaction. That’s why we make it a point to organize regular activities that foster collaboration and teamwork among our Troopers. One of the ways we achieve this is by holding exciting classes where our Troopers can teach and share their skills and knowledge with one another.    

We also recognize the importance of fun and refreshing activities for our Troopers to bond and get to know each other better. We organize various activities such as exercise sessions and fun competitions to promote teamwork and boost employee morale.
