That's why we created ISMAYA Future Game Changers - a career program that provides active students and fresh graduates with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge in the industry. The program consists of two main initiatives which are:
- ISMAYA Internship Program
Grow and learn from our elite Troopers!
The Internship Program is a 3-6 month program that immerses students in various departments of ISMAYA, including technology, marketing, legal, operations, event, and many more. Participants will work on real projects and contribute to the company's growth while learning from experienced professionals. Not only will they gain practical experience, but they will also build a network of industry contacts - a crucial element in forging a successful career in the Hospitality industry.
2. ISMAYA NextGen Leaders Program
Take the chance to be our future Restaurant Supervisors
The NextGen Leaders Program, on the other hand, is designed for fresh graduates or first jobbers who are passionate about building a career in the F&B industry. Participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to become Restaurant Supervisors in a short period of time. They will undergo comprehensive training on various aspects of restaurant management, including customer service, operations, and leadership. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to work in ISMAYA outlets, gaining a broad understanding of the business and developing their skills further.
