Employing individuals with disabilities creates new experiences and exciting challenges for us, primarily related to communication. We recognize the importance of effective communication in the workplace and have taken proactive measures to bridge the gap. We have invested in sensitivity (sign language) training programs, providing our Troopers with the necessary skills to communicate and collaborate effectively with our Teman Tuli. This commitment to overcoming communication barrier is not only facilitates seamless integration, but also fosters a sense of belonging and inclusion within the workforce.
